Information Regarding No Due Certificate
All the students are informed that No Due from the
Library will be given as per Institute Bye-Laws. Library will provide No
Due to the students strictly by considering the complete rules of
Chapter XXII -22.4 (a,b,c and d) for Refund of Security and single part
or combination of two or three parts of a, b, c or d of Rule 22.4 will
be not assumed as a rule for refund of security. The Rule for Refund of
Security as per Bye Laws is mentioned below:-
Chapter XXII- Rules for SECURITY DEPOSITS BY THE STUDENTS
22.4- Refund of Security Deposits
a. The
refunds from the security funds would be allowed to the students after
preaudit or the like manner as other payments are drawn from the
institute funds.
b. The
students can claim refunds after they finally complete a particular
programme in the institute and by producing “No Due Certificate” from
the Librarian, the Hostel Warden, Hostel Mess and Accounts Branch.
c. The
securities remaining unclaimed for two semesters succeeding the end of
the semesters in which students left the institute either by completing a
particular course or otherwise shall lapse.
d. The statement of lapsed securities would be prepared by office of the Registrar at the close of each financial year by the 30th April
of the following year stating the receipt number, date of receipts,
name of the students, admission number and date of leaving the
institute. The amount of the statement after audit verification would be
withdrawn from the security funds and credited to Student Aid Fund.
